a) Reimbursement of actual hotel expenses, on production of receipt as per entitlement and is in addition to the normal DA rates.
b) The hotel charges admissible will include Bed and Break fast for all officers below board level up to STS.
c) In addition to normal DA, full reimbursement of the actual expenses for lodging in Central/State/PSU/Local self Govt. Guest House on production of receipt.
d) All service charges and taxes are fully reimbursable on production of receipt .
e) Improvised accommodation provided free of charge will not be treated as free lodging
f) These shall be treated as normal DA rates on CDA pay pattern. On implementation of IDA pattern, the equivalent of the pay scales in IDA will be the limit.
