1 post per for All India operation.

 

   DGM ( Zonal Marketing Head)

 1 post per zone

 At the beginning of the year, the named accounts have to be identified. There need to be at least 200 potential clients in a Zone to justify this post. Assuming a conversion rate of 25 % , this post would be responsible for at least 50 clients by the end of the year.

   DE ( Marketing ) for sector specific Marketing

1 post per zone for IT, Ites, Financial Services Sector.

1 post per zone for retail & Manufacturing Sector.

1 post per zone for Government sector.

Each Head will be responsible for handling for at least 25 large accounts (billing greater than 3 lakh per month i.e. revenues approximately Rs.9 crores per year.). If clients are lesser in number then the posts are to be combined for that particular zone.

   SDE Solution Architects

2 posts per zone

   DE ( Marketing ) for overall Brand management for Corporate as well as dial up business.

1 post on all India basis.

   SDE ( Marketing )

1 post to begin with for support to DE (Marketing) for overall Brand Management.

1 DE, 4 Grp’B’( SDE/JTO) per location that has a network operation center (NOC) for round the clock attention.

DE /Grp’B’ (System Specialist)

1 DE, 4 Grp’B’( SDE/JTO) per location that has a network operation center (NOC) for round the clock attention.

DE(Network) in Office

1 post for each of the 4 locations

DE(Systems) in Office

SDE(I-net)

2 posts for Bangalore to manage I-Net network and client

SDE (Billing)

1 post for location that has billing server. (currently only at New Delhi)

SDE (Mail administrator)

1 post for location where mail server is present (presently at New Delhi and Bangalore)

SDE (Security Specialist)

1 post for New Delhi. Responsible for firewall servers as and when installed.

AO (Internal Finance)

1 post for support to CAO( Internal Finance)

 

 

2.0. Staffing Norms for marketing staff at Circle Level.

4.0 General Guide lines for application of above norms

1.Where Gp.’B’ has been indicated total distribution of such Gp.’B’ posts have to be worked out and ratio 1:2 is to be applied for arriving at SDE/JTO posts

2.Fraction of 0.5 and above to be rounded off to the next higher integer.
