As directed by CEC, Jorhat the committee constituted by CEC has
    prepared the provisional by laws for formation of a trust for 
    maintaining the SNEA(I)Bhawan, Guwahati. The provionary by laws
    with be put up for approval in ensuing Circle Conference to be 
    held at Silchar. Members are requested to go through the by laws
    and come prepared for giving a final shape.  Details
