The 3rd Dibrugarh Divisional Conference of SNEA(I) has been observed with a day long programme at Hotel Garden treat Dibrugarh on 8th May, 2010. In the forenoon hours various issues have been discussed in serious depth in technical session. Com.H.P. Dutta , CS, SNEA(I), Assam Circle attends the session and exchanges views and interacts with members on various technical aspects and methodical development of BSNL.In the afternoon hours an OPEN SESSION has been held which has been addressed by Com. H.P. Dutta, CS, Sri Anupam Baruah, Head USIC, Dibrugarh University as Chief Guest, Sri Rajib Hazarika, General Secretary , NGO , Assam as Guest of Honour and Sri N.V.Rao, GMTD, Dibrugarht as special Guest. Open House enlightens on various prospects of BSNL and the deliberations making the evening a really entertaining and fruitful one.
