Shri Bipin Kumar MishraSDE(CMTS), Circle Office performed his duties very sincerely and enthusiastically. He made concerted efforts to ensure that the services rendered to the customers are excellent and left no stone un-turn to see that best services are provided to the customers in his capacity as SDE (CMTS) by loading all the relevant data regarding SIM, recharge vouchers, E-Pins etc. in time. The works of planning, management of SIM and recharge vouchers was entrusted with him and his performance has been extraordinary and he discharged his responsibilities and duties to the utmost satisfaction of his superiors and subscribers. He has taken expeditious action and extra care for preparation of all the project estimates from Phase-IV projects onwards and related detailed estimates. Approval of all C-Topup is processed for timely transfer to different accounts of SSA which increased revenue to the department for speedy implementation. He has shown excellent knowledge and management capability in handling data of prepaid vouchers of Assam Circle thereby ensuring smooth transfer of prepaid data for top-up and recharge vouchers to all SSAs in CD form. By doing this, a considerable amount estimated to be in crores of rupees has been saved towards the printing cost.
